Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy to understand delivery timelines, costs, and coverage areas across Bangladesh.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all 64 districts across Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh divisions.

2. Delivery Timelines

Inside Dhaka: 1-2 business days

Outside Dhaka: 3-5 business days

Remote/Char areas: 5-7 business days

Please note that delivery times may be extended during public holidays, natural disasters, or special circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Inside Dhaka: ৳60 - ৳120 (varies by weight and size)

Outside Dhaka: ৳100 - ৳200 (varies by weight and size)

Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount as indicated during checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for orders within Bangladesh. COD charges may apply in addition to standard shipping fees.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your package through our website or the courier partner\u2019s tracking page.

6. Delivery Partners

We partner with trusted courier services including Pathao Courier, Sundarban Courier, SA Paribahan, and other leading logistics providers in Bangladesh.

7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or unavailability, our delivery partner will attempt to reach you. After 3 failed attempts, the order may be cancelled.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within Bangladesh. International shipping may be available for select products in the future.
